About Us: FAQs

Q. How do Stressballs work?

A. Both De-Stress + Relax and De-Stress + Snooze contain ashwagandha at a clinically studied level. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen  - meaning it helps your body adapt to stress. It has been used in traditional ayurvedic medicine for a long time. Like, thousands of years. When we said a long time we meant it.

De-Stress + Snooze also contains Melatonin. Melatonin is a natural hormone produced by your own body. It’s normally synced with the rising and setting of the sun, basically with your Circadian Rhythm. When it gets dark, production goes up and when it gets lighter production decreases. Today, with bright lights everywhere, TVs in every room, and tiny light machines (cell phones) sending “WAKE UP!!!” signals to our brains when we should actually be winding down, our melatonin production can be thrown out of whack. De-Stress + Snooze supplements contain an optimal level of Melatonin to help you sleep*.

Q. What is Melatonin?
